Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a light double stroller the weight and dimensions are important factors to consider. Selecting a stroller that is easy to handle and compact when not when not in use makes it much easier to place in the trunk of your car and navigate through airport security and other foreign streets.
The most lightweight strollers have a light, intuitive fold and self-standing mechanism to reduce the strain on parents' bodies. Many also come with a wide selection of seating options and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Created for families who are constantly on moving. Lightweight and easy to carry in one hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seat accommodate children up to 50 lbs. The tray for parents and kids and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with peekaboo window provide maximum sun protection.
The Cloud has one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that seems dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor option for those seeking an affordable option.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to make it worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air like that, and it doesn't help that it lacks padding.
During our tests and testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You have to slide a slider, and then press a large white button for it to collapse. This can be frustrating especially if you're trying to manage children while doing it.
The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is small and you might have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud comes with a child and parent tray with two cup holders each however both are too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.
The Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third generation, family-owned company. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's perfect for traveling. It weighs only 18 lbs which is less than some single strollers. and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also features independently reclining seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large under seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit children of different heights. It also comes with an integrated parking brake with one step and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also fantastic for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a strong neck control in order to use the front seat. It does have a nice, three panel sun canopy, though, and each seat has its own snack tray as well as cup holders for parents.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller that can be used side by side. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's thin and slim (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxurious details that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold and is very mobile. It fits easily in overhead compartments as well as trunks of planes.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has some distinct differences. It's also a bit more expensive, but it offers greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate children who weigh up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It's not just lightweight at just 13 lbs but also comes with a ton of storage, including cup holders for the parent and child as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children and a parent's storage pouch and so on. This stroller can also fit a child's car seat and features a brake that can be used flip-flop. This stroller is designed to grow with your child. It can be converted from a baby stroller into an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged six months and over.
This stroller has only swivel-wheels and no locking capability, so it may not be the best option for terrain that is steep or rocky. It's still a good option for most families, as it is easy to maneuver on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
This stroller is one of the most lightweight double stroller s with full-size features and an elegant compact design. It folds easily in one hand and stored in the trunk or garage. It can also be used as a travel stroller and is compatible with a variety of car seats without the need for adapters.

The seats are cushioned for your baby's comfort and come with a five-point padded safety harness that can be adjusted to three height positions. Each seat comes with an infant cushion that is perfect for infants. The stroller can also be purchased with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents who want an easy-to-use double that can accommodate two children. Its sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom. It also allows children to sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, making it a fantastic choice for naps. Its recline feature is simple to use, but it's not a perfect flat. Taller children may have a leg hanging in reclined mode. It also has a large canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking out sun than other strollers in our review of the best double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to easily navigate through door frames, which was a major issue for us with other models we tried. It folds easily, and its handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy transport. The only drawback is its relatively small storage space, which feels tight when stuffed with kids' toys.

In our tests on double strollers, our team has evaluated multiple factors to determine how simple the stroller is to use, such as how simple it is to set up and fold and adjust the safety harness as well as open and close the brakes, raise and carry the folded stroller as if it were to be placed in a trunk of a car, and install and remove an infant car seat (if necessary). We also evaluated the durability and strength of each model, and whether it comes with an adult tray that can be used for both child tray.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the top rating for user-friendliness in our most recent update of our top double strollers guide, and also one of the top scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its simple-to-use design features a one hand, no tilt recline as well as an enormous canopy with ventilation mesh that you can see through even when it's tilted. There are also separate child trays, built-in cupholders and zipper pockets for parents, and an enormous storage basket.
