They also have features such as large sun canopies with hoods that can be seen through and seats that are adjustable.
1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller within the Baby Jogger range. It's designed for travel, and fits through standard doors easily due to its slim and compact design. It's also among the lightest double buggies available that weighs just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal for flying with a toddler and newborn as you won't be exceeding airline luggage allowances. It folds down to the size of a travel bag and can be tucked away in the back of your car when it's not being used.
It's simple to fold the Z-shape using one hand. Once you've gotten used to it, it's small and takes only a few seconds. Our test subject found the auto-lock somewhat difficult to understand, and also because the handlebar does not lock into the position you push it into and it landed on her leg when she was using it. She also thought that the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially true when a large bag for changing is hanging from it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features. It's one of the most full-featured double strollers on the market. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately), features several recline positions and a UV 50+ canopy. You can put the bassinet to either or both seats to make this an all-in-one travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are ideal for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They had a hard time with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel, so mud stuck easily. However our tester was still enthralled using this buggy and it did manage to climb some beautiful muddy hills.

It's a heavier tandem buggie, but it's easy to drive and use especially on smooth pavements. It feels stable in both double and single modes and even on sloping ground. It's not as simple to drive on public transportation, however, since it requires more than one hand on the handlebar. It's also a little bulky and won't fit into a standard family car boot with the seat attached but this can be overcome with cautious planning. iCandy include a footmuff, changing bag and car seat adapters in the price, making this an excellent value bundle for new parents.

The one-pedal easy lock brake is also simple to use.
Our testers found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to maneuver, even on uneven terrain or when turning on a busy road. They were also awed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to suit the individual's needs. This is ideal for napping.
They also loved that the hoods were able to be moved forward and back and back, making them much easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They didn't provide the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth having an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our test participants loved the way Nipper Double let them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods, to running to the park to play with their friends. They were also amazed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of space for toddlers to play in. Our testers did mention, however, that the lack of a parent-facing seating and the inability of using car seats in this buggy were a problem, and they would like to have seen more storage space for shopping and other equipment.
