The tray for parents and kids as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest marks in our quality tests because it has a thin seat, made of hard plastic, and a style that is dated. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This is a bad option for parents looking for the cheapest option.
It's not the lightest stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with little effort unlike many other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage but it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not comfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air and it's also not helping that it's not padded.
During our testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. It's a little more challenging to close, however; you have to slide a slider, and then pull a big white button to get it to collapse. This can be quite a hassle if you are juggling children while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. The basket is narrow and you may have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud includes an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that is great for travel. It's extremely light at 18 lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of various heights. It also features a parking brake that is linked in one step and is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also fantastic to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a good neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. It does have three panels of a nice sun canopy, however, and each seat has its own snack tray and parent cupholders.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of luxurious features that make it perfect for travel. It's a simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can fit in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key differences. It's a bit more expensive, but it offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a handy strap for carrying and can hold kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has a lot of storage space, including cup holders for the parent and child as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children and a parent's storage pouch and more.
